James, I did not say that you bought an Office 365 key. I said the image you provided shows you have Office 365 Pro Plus. If you have Office Home and Student 2019 you will have, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. If you have Office 365 you will have Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and Access. Can you say which Apps you have.
